Health & Social Care Training

Staff in Health and Social Care settings frequently work with service users who present with complex and/or challenging needs. Resourcing teams with knowledge, understanding and skills can develop confidence in the workforce to navigate complexity and support each other in doing so. Our training workshops are designed by expert psychological practitioners and are underpinned by Trauma Informed practice.

We have a selection of ‘off the shelf’ training packages. However, we will work closely with you to respond to the unique nature of your organisation and create bespoke training days that are fun, informative and interactive.
