I aim to provide a warm, nurturing and open space where clients feel truly seen and heard, fostering deep transformation, self-exploration, and self-discovery. Building an accepting, safe and authentic relationship with my client is at the heart of my approach, providing a strong foundation for meaningful growth.
I take on a transpersonal approach, acknowledging the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit in the therapeutic process and strive to offer a supportive and empowering space where clients can uncover, reconnect and trust their inner wisdom and potential. My practice integrates elements of Person-Centred, Attachment theory and Cognitive Behavioural approaches.
Having grown up in Greece, I have developed a deep appreciation for different traditions and ways of life, recognising the impact of cultural differences and pressures on identity, relationships and personal challenges.
I am also inspired by how nature, creative expression, and holistic approaches can be powerful pathways to wellbeing. I have a deep curiosity and passion for exploring spiritual concepts, Eastern philosophy, altered states of consciousness and ancient healing traditions and I am drawn to understanding the deeper aspects of human experience.
I spend time undertaking mindfulness practices, yoga, crocheting, painting, going for walks, travelling, dancing, and reading.
