Kirsty joined Rutland house as an Integrative Therapist in 2020. During her career in corporate management, she discovered her passion for psychology, coaching and supporting people with their mental health. From the moment she delved in to the world of counselling, she knew she wanted to be a therapist and support individuals to be the best version of themselves.
Kirsty now works within our DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) Service assisting with facilitating weekly DBT Skills group and individual clinical sessions. Kirsty is incredibly passionate about the work we do in this service, and believes wholeheartedly that help really does help!
In her spare time, you’ll probably find Kirsty reading a book, drinking coffee or taking close up snaps of mini beasts and bugs.
