I am a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, I trained at Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute in Nottingham where I obtained a BSc (Hons) qualification. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), and ensure I work ethically and continue with my professional development. My approach is a relational one, working holistically with my clients to support their own self-agency.
My work as a Psychotherapist and Case Manager at Rutland House Counselling & Psychotherapy is a rewarding role where I support my clients and our trainee therapists.
I love the outdoors and enjoy running, open water swimming, cycling, and walking with my dog Zak. During calmer moments I practice meditation and yoga and I read, whilst noisier moments are experienced when attempting to play my guitar!
