I am a qualified Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist with a BSc (Hons) from the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute in Nottingham. As a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to its ethical framework and fulfill their ongoing professional development requirements.
My therapeutic approach is relational and holistic, working collaboratively with clients to nurture self-agency and foster personal growth. My integrative practice draws on human development concepts, including attachment theory and unconscious processes. Additionally, I am trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), which informs my practice when appropriate to support clients in navigating challenges.
