I am currently studying on an Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy Masters, meaning my approach integrates elements of Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural and Attachment therapies. I have previously achieved a Psychology BSc, Level 2 & 3 Counselling skills certificates and a Level 2 Awareness of Mental Health issues certificate.
I aim to create a safe, warm and supportive environment where clients can come to discover and embrace their authentic selves. A therapeutic relationship built on trust and non-judgement is at the core of my practice. I believe our individual differences are beautiful and make us who we are, and I hope to support clients in discovering, accepting and understanding themselves.
Outside of the counselling room I love arts & crafts, self care and being in nature. I spend my spare time with my loved ones or reading a good book
