| Initial consultation The first step is to have an initial consultation with one of our Therapists. During this appointment the therapist will take an account of your reasons for coming as well as information on your health, lifestyle and life experiences, the appointment will take approximately 45 minutes. They will then be able to make recommendations to you as to which type of therapy / therapist would suit your needs, and suggest duration and frequency of follow up sessions required. | £60 inc VAT |

Ways you can pay
Self Funding
RHCP Ltd accepts payment by card payments either in the practice or online.
If your sessions are with an Associate Independent Practitioner you will be informed of the payment methods your therapist accepts at the point of booking.
Third Party Payments
Should your therapy sessions be funded by an external party please discuss this with us at the outset of your treatment to ensure invoicing can be established accurately and avoid any disruption to your therapy.
Health Insurance
It may be possible to use your private health insurance to cover the cost or part of the cost of your appointments. Each health insurance provider holds different policies so a quick call to your provider should allow them to clarify whether they will fund your therapy.
It is worth noting that not all policies will cover the full cost of your treatment and that not all our Associate Therapists are registered with all the healthcare providers. Should your policy not cover the full cost of your treatment you shall be expected to make up the shortfall.
Employer Funded
If your company is already registered with us please provide the name of the company at the booking stage and we will ensure your sessions are booked under employee wellbeing packages.
Should your employer not yet be a registered we will support the organisation to set up a corporate account. Please inform us at the outset of your enquiry that your employer may be covering the costs of your treatment and provide a business contact for us to establish contracting communications.
