Developing Emotional Resilience At Work
Resilience is at the heart of our wellbeing, success and mental health, and essentially means our ability to adapt to and recover from the inevitable transitions and adversities of life. Our resilience can change and at times we can find we are more or less resilient than at other times. However, resilience can be developed, improved and strengthened.
We offer emotional resilience training specifically designed to respond to the challenges of managing work and life stresses. Our training is practical, educational and engaging and offers the skills to thrive in a modern world. With improved resilience comes increased self-esteem, self-efficiency and social confidence, which in turn lead to further resilience.
This training workshop is aimed at the general workforce however a session for managers can be delivered. The training includes:
