Organisational Clinical Supervision

We provide Clinical Supervision services to organisations in the health and social care sector where workers are at risk of burn-out, compassion fatigue, over-work and stress.

Supervision offers individuals or groups the opportunity to reflect on their clinical work, feel supported by their supervisor, and receive an educative training platform.

Supervision with one of our Senior Psychotherapists allows your organisation to know that workers are being supported in their work by a practitioner who has significant training and experience of working with people and can balance the needs of the worker, service users, and organisation.
