Onsite Counselling/ Incident Debriefing

We offer a national site visiting service for any organisation who may require onsite psychological support for staff. This service is recommended for organisations who are dealing with:

• The aftermath of an untoward event
• The sudden and/or unexpected loss of a colleague
• Trauma in the work-place
• Structural changes in the business including redundancy consultation periods
• Companies who want to offer periodic drop-in surgeries as part of staff wellbeing initiatives

Our consultants are trained to offer formal support sessions to individuals or groups, or alternatively we can facilitate relaxed drop-in surgeries. It is important to us to work to your individual requirements and we aim to work closely with you to support the unique needs of your organisation.
