I am a relational integrative therapist. My approach, focused on the relational and developmental needs of clients, is influenced by my history of working in fostering and homelessness services. I have a BSc from the Sherwood Institute in humanistic integrative psychotherapy as well as many years of trauma-focused and human development training. My office is in Loughborough.

I am a foster carer and fostering panel vice chair and I’m always happy to share my experiences and knowledge in this area.

I am a Blues and West Coast Swing dancer in my spare time and will travel far and wide to dance to a live band with friends.
