Caitlyn has experience in the education and private sectors providing counselling and integrative psychotherapy. She believes that many of us come to therapy because we experience difficulties in relationships with others and/or our self, places we feel stuck despite our repeated attempts to change, mental health struggles, and big life events that leave us feeling despair, lonely, or out of control. Utilising an understanding of how humans develop in relationship and neuroscience, the relationship between therapist and client can provide the safety and space to engage some of these difficulties.
Caitlyn can provide a range of general adult issues but has additional personal, clinical and research experience working with migration, acculturation and cultural issues. She provides mid to long-term therapy on a one-to-one basis.
