He also offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques where he can assist you in identifying and changing unhelpful and negative thoughts and beliefs about yourself or the world or work with you to plan more pleasant activities which would help to lift your mood or help you to face your fears and go into previously avoided situations.
Joe aims to provide a safe, judgement-free space where you can open up and express your thoughts, feelings, and experiences related to exploring the worries and dilemmas within the context of your life and he enjoys the creative challenge of working collaboratively together.
